- Schedule a time to view the properties of your choice
- Accompany you at every showing
- Discuss and write an offer/contract once a property is selected
- Supply you with a list of reputable title companies
- Present the offer
- Keep you informed
- Supply you with a list of reputable home inspectors
- Discuss with you the findings of the home inspection report
- Create an addendum requesting repairs if any found during the home inspection
- Confirm that repairs if any are complete
- Make sure the contract stays in compliance
- Address and take care of any issues that may arise during the transaction
- Discuss with you the appraisal report
- Complete a final walk through with you before closing
- Schedule a closing date
Commitment to My Sellers:
- Complete a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA)
- Discuss the best price to list your property
- Suggest ways to prepare property for sale
- Enroll subject property in Anchorage MLS, Realtor.com, Personal website and over 50 other websites.
- Place computerized lock box on site to facilitate ease of showings
- Install a yard sign
- Design flyers
- Send out just listed post cards
- Notify all of my contacts of the new listing
- Hold a Brokers open house
- Monitor market activities to maintain a competitive position
- Reply to all request to view the property
- Present and discuss all offers with you
- Once an offer is accepted I will continue to guide you through the entire process
- Discuss with you the findings from the home inspection
- Discuss with you the findings from the appraisal
- Order & review a pre-lim
- Keep in touch with buyers Realtor so that all stays on schedule
- Schedule a closing date
